Kassy Kelley
Experience
Kassy is a lawyer specializing in estate planning and elder law. She helps clients plan for the inevitable aging process by guiding them through the necessary legal steps to protect themselves, secure their assets, and provide for their loved ones. She believes her clients of every age should be able to age with dignity and peace of mind knowing their affairs are in order.
Drawing on her experience in the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors, Kassy joined her husband Greg Hewitt to open Hewitt Law, where they practice elder law and estate planning, giving her the opportunity to focus on what she values most, helping others.
Kassy is a native West Virginian and a graduate of Oak Glen High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University and her J.D. from the WVU College of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. Outside the office, Kassy is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys CrossFit and yoga. She and Greg love spending time with their six children, two dogs, Russell and Lollipup, and the head of their household, Percy the cat.
She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the West Virginia State Bar Elder Law Committee.
